The person behind the strategy
I'm Sekemi Cyril. I help coaches and wellness professionals build social media that actually works, without the burnout that usually comes with it.
My focus found me through research. While digging into ADHD and the wider mental health coaching world, I kept noticing the same pattern: brilliant coaches with real expertise, struggling on social media simply because they had no system. No content plan, no strategy, just posting and hoping. So I started building the systems myself.
My clients range from psychologists to wellness coaches, people doing meaningful work who need their content to reflect it. My approach is simple: understand who you're really speaking to, then build a system that keeps showing up for them, even on the days you can't.
When I'm not deep in strategy, I'm researching and planning for First Rooted, or working on my own personal development, one book, one habit at a time.

Wellness & Coaching Brand
My strategy for First Rooted focused on discoverability, building reels designed to reach cold audiences instead of just engaging existing followers. I repurposed YouTube content into short-form reels, built outreach systems to generate clients, and created high-performing carousels. Over 90 days, the account reached 3,720 accounts, with 86.6% coming from non-followers, contributing directly to 4 new clients for the brand.
